Where can I get a good price on getting heads and cams installed?

I'm in the North Hills area so I'm sure anywhere within driving distance is good. I want a good price but I don't want poor service.

What I'm needing done is the NPI heads taken off my 98 and PI heads put on (I will get the heads) and I want to install Comp cams and MAYBE get the ports polished on the heads. Thanks guys.
