    WTG Mike (and Mark)! I remember how great it felt when I finally paid mine off, so I know how you guys feel right now. At that point I truely feel like it became a "toy" rather than a "car."

    Man Paul you are so right. All the times you beat the living hell outta your car still owing thousands of dollars on it, the next day I used to think for a second or two "man I'm glad I didn't grenade my car and still have this massive payment every month".

    It really does feel more like a toy now, but boy it feels good. It's funny too how many great people I've met and places I've been because of it.

    Funny side story, I told one of my longtime gearhead patients "I just paid off my coffin" after I paid it off. He looked very disturbed obviously and said what!?!?! I replied "just paid off the Mustang and they are going to bury me in that thing now that I own it".

    LOL - That's how my grandfather felt about his 1976 Mercury Marquis. When we were at the funeral home (after he passed away) I saw the prices and commented to my mom, dad and grandma, "Can't we just bury him in his car? It would be cheaper." The funeral home representative wasn't laughing, but we were.

    Mike - now that you've said this, you know you can NEVER sell the car. :)
