although the 99 and 2000 run alot cheaperand can be had id say under 15k 01 and up lookin at 20 for a nice one
if you're not going to leave it stock why bother worrying about the "good" hp years
if you get a 99 or 2000 ya gotta change the crap on the outside too so it looks like a lightning not just an f150
