    Cool how to prep longtubes?

ok so getting either mac longtubes or hookers but i think the hookers will sit too low for my car. either way whats a good way to prep them i know that they both will be ceramic coated but i still want to spray them with hightemp spray and is it a good idea for header wrap? some people say it will trap moisture so i dont know if its good to do or not.

I bought some used macs for 75 and just slapped them on there reusing the stock studs, nuts, and gaskets. Over a year later with no leaks, and still sounds great.

Some one painted them, and the paint is starting to come off though. There's a little bit of surface rust around the collector area.
