i was out in imperial for about 2 yrs. i liked the area alot. as for hotels if you come closer to robinson theres quite a few and is only about 5minutes from oakdale
I was going to say the same thing... look to Robinson as its very close to Oakdale. My company's old warehouse was in Oakdale right off of 22/30 on McKee Road before it moved to Leetsdale.

is it an easy drive from robinson to oakdale? ill be in rush hour time so i want something easy to travel
mapquest says robinson is 25 minutes from oakdale

It isnt far. The hotel that Neil told you about is closer to Oakdale than some of the ones in the middle of Robinson. Either way - not far!

There are a bunch on the same side of the shopping area as walmart some are suites that you cab rent for the week pretty cheap...
I live a mile away from PTI, and there are PLENTY of decent places that are 5 min away. Look around "The Pointe" behind Robinson town cntr. The Marriott is close as stated before. Also there is a Red Roof Inn on RT60 about 2 miles away. Plenty of food places around there as well.

well i need to be no more than $100/night. those linked are nice but over my alloted budget.
my food budget is nice so id like to go to a nice dinner every night. the wife might come so we'd like to meet some people. maybe coral, wick, and some others wanna have dinner one night. i will be staying from the 23-26.

marriot is right off cliff mine road. about 5 minutes roughtly from PTI if you take the back roads
id love to stay at marriott, but it is $169 and a fixed rate on priceline.com

Isnt it "Hyatt Place", I stayed there years ago when it was under a different name & really liked it. It's maybe 6-7 mins from pti.
