Looking for a cheap daily driver for my Sister. Figured I'd see if anyone here has something. Basically looking for something good on gas FWD and in sound mechanical and cosmetic condition. Obviously the cheaper the better, but not looking to spend a fortune. Will consider anything under $10k.

Well, it only has 21k miles on it and I have a buddy that has about 6 parts cars that I can source from, so it should be ok.
