I finally got it to work Mark. Don't know what the problem was.

Wheels are 18" Falken Koblenz with Falken FK415 245/45/ZR18's

Window tint is illegal

Yeah the guy I bought the wheels from demodded his car. He said he was tired of being "harassed" by the police. I have to mention that his windows were 5% on a very shiny all black car with shiny black wheels. The car got looks, even some that he didn't want.
