    Throttle Body

    Which throttle body would pick if you had a choice (price is not a factor)?

    Edelbrock 65mm TB Part# EDL-3824

    OR

    Holley 65mm TB Part #112-539

    I'd do a 70mm Holley. Holley and Accufab are the only TB's I'd put on my car strictly based on product quality and flow numbers, plus they both look great! BBK used to make the edelbrock TB's, and now Professional products makes the TB's for BBK. At that time Edelbrock switched to another compnay with a funny name like Mangelli or something.

    i have an Edelbrock/bbk 70mm

    should suit your setup well

    i put a 65mm bbk and 80 mm maf and noticed a huge difference

    im with ed, a 70mm would be perfect for you. I do agree that sometimes bigger isnt always best. but that would be the case if you were looking into a 80 or 90mm TB.


    what size maf you going to get?

    Well, originally I was going with a C&L 76mm or a Grantanelli 75mm, but since I pulled the curtain back and revaled the "almighty Ed" , he says an 80mm is needed.

    Maybe it would help if I told you the rest of the mods I had in mind?
