Just Won Pens Tickets!!

Every year my company (Highmark) gets some rediculous amount of Pens tickets for 4 or 5 different games throughout the season. Last year I heard it was somewhere in the area of 10,000 tickets. I think it was a little less this year, but I wont 2 tickets to the October 19th Game against the Carolina Hurricanes.

I'm soo excited... i LOVE Pens hockey, but didnt think i was going to make it to a game this year, b/c the tickets are soooo expensive and i didnt want to spend $100 a ticket. Cool thing too is, October 19th is my g/f and I's 6 year anniversary.

There were 5 games to choose from on the entry form, and i chose october because i thought - well, i'd much prefer to go to one of the March games as the season is coming toward playoffs... so most people will want that too...

I wasn't thinking tho that most people dont know didley squat about hockey and would choose friday games becaue they were most convenient.

O well, i won nonetheless...

Just found out tonight that one of the Sales execs gave my boss BOX tickets to tonight's game.... and i'm going !! woot woot!!

Last night's tickets were in the Highmark Luxury suite... holy friggin hell...

pierogies, hot suasage, kielbasa, bratwurst, sandwhiches, cookies, free pop, free beer, free liquor, and the best view ever... The very dead center box... unfortunately we didn't win... i'll post up pics tonight... I pray i can get tickets to that again sometime!
