79 Mustang Cobra with Cobra R wheels in Springdale Cheswick Area

Does anyone know who had the 1979 Silver Mustang Cobra (not a pacecar) with no rear spoiler and 5 lug Cobra Rs in the Springdale / Cheswick area?

I have seen the car three times last week. The car is very clean. I really like the stock 79 look with no spoiler and Cobra R wheels.

I've passed him two or three times myself in the last week or so. I've always run into him right around Emmerling Park in Indiana Township. You're right, it's a pretty clean looking car. Unfortunately, I don't know who it is either.
