Who works on atv carbs?

I think my raptor is in need of some TLC on the carb. I have a full pro circuit header and pipe and K&N intake, not quite sure the previous owner has it jetted correctly. Quad seems to bog at part throttle going up decent hill climbs. Its either all go, or no go. It sucks because when doing a climb it either stalls or you mash the throttle and it wheelies till the cows come home. Anyone know a "good" place I can have go over the carb?

i'm not familiar with ATV's at all, but i'd imagine they are very similar to MX carbs...

I only have expereince cleaning and messing with my own - never screwed one up, but don't want to make someone else's the first ... lol

ChevyDad probably knows quite a bid about them if they are indeed the same as dirtbike carbs...

lol I hear yah. I think I need to first call pro circuit and order the correct jets for there pipe. Then take someone the parts and quad.

I know the Raptor carbs inside and out!!!!!!!!! Whats your trouble? Is ot a 660 or a 350? They are complicated but with the right knowledge (Like me) it will scream like a mother!!!

DONT DO THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will send you what they think will work. What works for one will not work for another. It needs to be calibrated to the elevation. Not the Jet size they think is right. They always run pig rich!!!! The jet kit you need is about 65 dollars. DO NOT GET THE DYNO JET JET KIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are the most un consestint piles of shit ever sold. Your quad will not run right at all. Call me tomorrow or PM me. We can do this Wednesday through Sunday.
