I did a prochamber and Magnaflow Magnapack cat back on my 00. Sounded like a Ford GT. If you want to place an order - call me. I am still a vendor for them.

As far as exhaust, I had a bassani cat back and bassani x and I would do it again if I got another one.

If it doesn't have it, replace the stock shifter with a Pro-5.0 or a Steeda Tri-ax. It will make finding the gears so much easier!! For some simple mods, I'd do some 4.10 gears, off-road X pipe with Magniflows, and some underdrive pulleys. Oh and you might want to do the spoiler mod (shift the rear spoiler farther back). Do the wing mod! I did that on my 00. Took about 10 min to do and it looked way better.
