Project N/A 302 stock short block H/C/I evolution

The first pic was snapped when the Canton Drag pan was being prepped for installation (prep was taking a 4 1/2" grinder to a new $500 + pan)

The second pic is the Trick Flow Track Heat intake that generated 11.3x's @ 117-118 with a vehicle weight of 3100 lbs with driver.

The third shot consists of a Trick Flow R-Series Box intake that some dyno pulls were made with but never recorded any e.t./mph

The fourth pic is the current intake that resides on the stock 302 short block, that mod and a few other *essential* mods contribute to the 10.71@123.9 e.t./mph package.

The fifth and final pic is a top secret mill that will debut in P/S in '08:D

The M.A.F. meter was the restriction when I tested that intake vs. the TFS R-series longrunner vs. the TFS Track Heat. To say that the intake lost some power compared to the Track Heat is true at that particular test. However, the M.A.F. skewed the results in the sense that the potential increased air flow offered with the box was hampered with the C&L 73mm meter. I now have a 80mm meter in it's place.

What was really interesting is that the R-series long runner was down on mid- range torque production compared to the high-rev nature of the Box-R.
