most of the time they are. last year i shot a doe, she had been running for awhile before getting to me. she was full of adrenaline. the meat was horrible. i threw most of it away. the buck i got last year was fine. also you have to get all the fat off of them, it doesn't taste good.

A buddy of mine from plum sent me this picture yesterday...There was no text with it just the title of the email said "buck shot in plum, pa". Not sure if it was really shot in plum but reguardless its an old boy.

So i've been scouting for the extended archary season and here's some of my finds from 2 of my cameras located about 75yrds apart on two different clearings.

Yes that is a nice 10pt

This one looks to be a 4 or 6 pt

This fella has a few more years till he's a shooter
