Exclamation Ford/Lincoln Took Care of Me!!!!

I took my 2004 Lincoln in to the Lincoln dealer (Northland) to have them look at it while she is still under the 40k 4 year warrenty. They did an inspection, fixed a brake light bulb and gave me 4 brand new chrome 17" wheels. Yes 4 brand new wheels that cost more than one would think. The chrome was pitting a bit so they replaced all 4. WOW, I cant belive that! The old ones were not that bad, actualy you couldnt tell unless you got about 2' away. Below is a picture of the car with the old wheels. (the car under the cover isnt mine...it is a friend of the family that I need to put a clutch in).

    Lincoln hooked it up!

I guess 40k 4 years on everything? lol Wheel, looking at the write up, they did it because the chrome was bad on the inside and wheel weights wouldnt stick.

It's 50k / 4yr. on our's. We also just had all 4 wheels replaced for free due to the same pitting/peeling problem.

Wow...bad chrome over at Lincoln..... My new ones are perfect. They will be comming off and getting some good wax. They get to sit untill Spring. I have some nasty 02 wheels that are going on.
