good point. yea he would need 12' at the lowest point. I was thinking he was going with 12' walls and if he did that he would have clearance for the lift.

Ceiling doesn't look high enough for a lift.

I have 12 foot walls with a scissor truss ceiling. That gives me 15' 3" at the inside peak.
