I have been to some of your dyno days at my bud's shop Big Shot Dyno. I am sure some of you would recognize me.
My daily driver is a 2006 Ford Ranger 4X4 loaded for work. Pretty slow but it goes well in snow & mud. It runs 16.2's@85.
My play toy is a 1996 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 that I have been playing with for a while. It is a 396" LT1 93 octane pump gas setup. I figure the car to weigh around 3600 lbs. I took it to the track a few weeks ago and short shifted at 6000 rpm instaed of 7200 rpm (opti-spark failure), launched at idle and did no tweaking and ran 11.0811@123.01. As soon as I get everything working again it should run 10.3's-10.5's on DOT tires on pump gas on motor. I will run this next season and then I will put on my twin turbo setup....
My other cars (really my wife's cars) are two Ford Mustangs.
One is a 2006 GT 5 speed with the "glassback" option. It is stock and it ran 13.76@103.2 in the 1/4 with some, hot, crummy weather. DA of 3000'.
The other is a 1999 V6 Coupe 5 speed that is loaded. It ran 15.36@90.9 stock years ago.
I used to have a 2003 Ford SVT Lightning. I raced it for a few years and let it go for the Ranger. It ran a best 12.61@112.8 in the 1/4.
