2008 World of Wheels??

I'm thinking on going this year but not with the car its not fancy or snazy enough.

A family friend has been asked to set up for his pinstripping...he does UNREAL work. Just got inducted to the Pinstripping Hall of Fame actually. He will have his custom built/painted chopper and Model A rat rod sedan on display with some other pieces. Check him out... His shop's name is the "The Paint Chop" - located in Somerset PA. If all goes as planned, I'll be there Saturday.

Might not be snazy but its the only cobra i have seen with a backwards snake in the grill.

Well I just called cause i hadnt received a confirmation. They said that the show is currently full and i'm on standby incase someone cancels. I think i'm just going to get a refund if i dont here something in the next day or so. My friend entered his Focus SVT also and we're both on standby. Nice to tell people days before the show

Good luck to anyone that is enterering though.

Just heard that there are over 100 cars that are on standby. Supposedly there were alot of vendors this year that entered and i guess they've taken up alot of space etc. Seems kinda strange to me that it would be so full this year considering the past 2 yrs the place has been very empty in my eyes. I dunno though. I guess i'll have to wait it out for the next couple of days.

And wick your right. There has been alot of garbage in the shows in the past couple of years.

sorry to hear that Rob, i know you were looking forward to showing off your ride. i would be more than happy to still take care of that stuff you wanted, give me a ring in the morning or just stop down!

i agree, i haven't been too impressed with the show the last couple years. we were going to try and have some cars there to promote the shop but i just didn't have the time to make it happen the way i wanted to.

thats crazy, they need have the cars in all the open spaces in there even in first floor right before you walk up the escalators.
