Phone was stolen
Well my cell phone was stolen right out of my damn hand in downtown pittsburgh...so if anyone was txting or calling I wasn't ignoring you! I was txting with several people before it was stolen, two of which are on here...so.....

verizon is amazing! I just got back with a brand new phone and chip and cover....long story short. I got my phone with my friends upgrade then switched it to my number. I thought the insurance covered the phone, but I guess when we switched it over they didn't switch the insurance also. so basically I would have had to pay for a brand new phone chip, everything. but they gave me the phone for 50 like it would have been with insurance and the chip and case for 50% off...so 85 for all of it. They were amazing and I highly recommend them
