I am thinking about getting a new camera just to take pictures with and wonderign what everyone out there has.. I currently hacve a CAnon power shot SD400.. Its only 5,0 mega pixels.. So what is everyone using and throw up a sample of what kind of pics it takes. Here is my sample

Its a 8.1 megapixel, and does movies & other stuff.

I use a Sony DSC-N1 8.1 megapixel. also if your hand is a little shakey taking pics, it will correct it in the pic.
its a badass camera. touchscreen, can hold music to make slideshows. can "paint" on pics while on camera

I picked up a Casio Exilm EX-S770. I actually got it free for hotel stays, but would buy it to be honest. Surely not pro quality, but a real thin 7 MP camera that also takes video, has image satabilization, long battery life, and it has a huge screen for its size. Real simple to use, fits in my pocket. most time I take pictures on lower resolution anyway as they get uploaded to the net, but it makes nice pictures for prints too. Seems to be pretty tough, its been dropped a few times ;)
