Saleen is selling take-offs ( bullit rims with tires already mounted & balanced ) for like $369 for ALL 4! You'll pay some shipping, but for brand new tires and rims, already balanced....that's a killer deal. I'll look in my latest Mustang Monthly magazine for the exact $$. Their website doesn't list the wheels/tires right now - not sure if they're out of them or what. Still, could be worth a phone call.

Wow, thanks for the tip! I hope you're correct, I'll call them to find out.
They have a different offset that is specific to the S197 platform.
The tire size (height mainly) is different too on the '05-up stuff.

Here's what I found out: A.) Saleen no longer keeps their take off parts, they sell them out the backdoor to a another company, and B.) these days, they would have no reason to have pre-05 parts to sell to their supplier. In short, it was a good idea, but I struck out. Thanks for the idea just the same.
