Around Baltimore there are two tunnels I know of. The Harbor Tunnel (895) and the Fort McHenry Tunnel. Both of which have cameras. Both of which will mail you tickets for illegal lane changes. And the rumor has it the camera have been upgraded because of 9-11 to capture speeders also.

So how does radar cameras in the tunnels help Homeland Security?
