i was on the same end but in the upper section. can't complain about that sinc e the tickets were free:). not sure which was worse the weather or the field.

I was in section 120 row B. My boss who sold me the tickets saw me briefly when ricky williams was walking off the field after he got hurt. Thats when i was telling him he sucked. HAHA

Yep. Timmons stepped on his shoulder blade and he has a torn pectoral muscle. Synthetic field turf will be in Heinz Field next year FINALLY! That game was flat out embarrasing once again. That game was a joke and showed nothing about either teams ability to play football.just saw a report that ricky williams is out for the year. it happened when i think timmons stepped on him

The Steelers hierarchy were down at WVU looking at their new field turf recently. I can't see them waiting any longer the NFL is pissed and actually sent people to Pittsburgh to make sure the field would be playable this Sunday night against Cincy.

I was there from 4:30 on...lots of SOGGY tailgating!!!
Our tailgate was actually on channel 11 news before the game. Our host, "Broadway" Joe Trapp was interviewed, and we were all behind him with adult beverages in hand.
We'll be there again on Sunday night. Hopefully the field will dry out by then. I'm sure it'll still be a mess, but what can you do - 8 games played on the field in 13 days wrecked it, and the sod didn't have a chance. The tarps leaked and there were huge puddles underneath when they pulled them off. Whoops.... Add all of that rain after the tarps came off and it's a recipe for disaster.
We're in section 109, row Y - 30 yardline visitors' side toward the open endzone.
The weather and the game sucked - but at least we won...
