Lou you have to upload the image to the server. You can't do it completely at the control panel level.
Then go to control panel-- Style Manager--All Style Options--Image Path--Title Image-- From there you need to define the path to the image. /forums/what ever folder you have it in/imagename.jpg or jpeg or gif

I have the smilies on my list. I have to get some things worked out before I can upload them. Get the ones you want together.
