No direct help, but he should have hit Columbus. I saw at least 4 of these set-ups out there for sale. If he doesent find something sooner, hit it in april (always 1st saturday in April) and pick one up.

check the bb...last week or so there was a 91 SC for 1k. complete car...part out the rest.
if this is going in a mustang you will need alot of misc SC parts. also youll need a custom made IC as the tbird one doesnt fit well. will need to move battery to the back also.
