who ever did it did a really nice job I cant see why it would not pass PA inspect?
If that is a "style" bar then it is a very nice job. If that is supposted to be a "roll bar" then very bad job. The rear bars dive at a extremly sharp angle and would not support any weight in a roll over. They would fold easy as hell.
