Anyone see any SRT-4s?

I am still ooking for a DD cause i am feeling worse and worse having to use my grandparents car.. So i started looking into cars since they get alot better mpgs, insurance is actually cheaper on the cars i am looking at and so on and so forth and i do alot of highway driving.. I have been looking at the wrxs and evos and cobalt ss's and srt-4s.. And i come to see that the Srt-4s are probably the best bang for your buck. Cause Evos are way to expensive for me still, WRXs are a good buy but still alil high and Am looking into cobalt ss's but i need more room and srt-4 has the cheaper insurance.... So has anyone seen any for sale locally? i am going to go look tonight so if someone could point me where to go check some out i would be thankful

the SRT4 is cheaper to insure than a cobalt SS??

now thats suprising.

the neon might be a good daily driver, but typically you only get between 28-32 high way MPG, and as low as 19 in city driving.

As a commuter car, you might want to look into the normally aspirated versions.

Yea... my good buddy had an SRT-4 for a couple years and didnt get any better gas mileage than my LS1... then he wisened up and got a LS2 GTO :)

Did you go back down and take a look at that one at that place near ur house? Where we looked at the truck?

Buy my Subaru. It's awesome in the snow and gets 33mpg on the highway.

Yea I went up about 4 days ago, drove it and everythign felt awesome ran great and today i actually was going up to buy it today and come to find out that yesterday they sold it:o..

Yea i was surprised to but my insurance company said cause its blue book is lower and its a four door its about 50 bucks a month cheaper and i am all about saving money.. Yes i do need a DD but i still have to somethingi can have fun with and i decided not to get a quad or anything like that and in the summer i will be driving the bike so this is what i came up with.. Good luck scott. I'll let you if I see anything. I just bought a 97 Taurus the other day for the same reason. Don't have the extra cash to buy another fast ride.

look for a GTP. they are fun cars and not a ton on insurance. pretty responsive to mods too

Occasionally (every three minutes) I think about quitting my job. If that happens, I don't have a company car any more. I would have to trade the Stang in on a DD. I keep tabs on what's local. Right now, this would be it:

yea until you ask the price.. i know i went down and looked at that and the blue one they have down there..

Yea i was looking into the gtps, but i dunno if i like the look of them to tell ya the truth and this has to be a dd for a long time. Cause i will have to be buying a house at the end of june
