mounting a flat tv on the wall

can it be mounted to the wall without too much damage to the wall? like can i mount one to the wall and not cut into the wall? i know the cable and pwer cords would show but other than that can it be done? id like to get one for our place but cant cut into the wall

It will leave 4 pretty good holes in the wall from the bolts you'll have to mount it with and it is a must to make sure it's mounted into the studs.

If you're buying a bracket locally, go to Wal-Mart. I paid like $130 for the largest mount the had for the 50" plasma in my bedroom. Tha't more than half as much as places like Circuit City and Best Buy will want for one. If you shop online, you could save a few more dollars on one.
