I'm thinking about trading in my Taurus .357 (model 99 / ss 6-inch barrel / hand cannon) and Ruger 9mm (p89dc / full-size) for a sub-compact 9mm. I was thinking .45 but I got a whole can of 9mm ammo to shoot and that stuff is cheaper than .45 anyway.
In your opinion, what would be a nice RELIABLE small 9mm? I got small mits, too so a small grip is not a problem for me. I should get a few hundred apiece for those 2 guns ??? and I would be willing to put another $200 in, so I'm in the $600 range.
I would usually keep this g in my car and carry it occasionally.
thanks
