    Mark VIII DOHC

Anyone know what is recommended to do to this motor to get it where it would be safe to put a S/C on it?? I have it on a motor stand in the garage and its going to be my winter project, I know there are differences between it and the Cobra DOHC, but I am not sure what all is different between the two, besides the intake

If you're going to run less than 10 pounds of boost you're probably good as is. But what fun is that . Throw in a crank from an 03-04 cobra or a 5 spd. Mach 1, some decent rods again 03-04 cobra rods should work fine, and a set of forged pistons that would put the compression around 8.5:1 and you should be good up to 20 lbs. of boost or more
