Well Guys After 10 days of fighting with the insurance company there not totaling the cobra...a little bit of good and bad news..lol..but tims gona give her a face lift and power punch:D

So you didn't wait for the final word from the insurance co then before you bought a replacement? Or.. they told you it was totaled and then decided to not total it? If it's the former, shame on you. If it's the latter I would rip someone's face off at the insurance co!

no i was told that it was gona be a total lost i even called tim to tell him ..then i bought a replacement...then today i got the call..its not a total lost and its gona be fixed

LOL He didn't get it at the local Walmart. You can't just return a car. Actually you can, but not without losing your ass big time as it would be considered an outright buy and dealers won't pay shit for a car like that as they know you must be desperate.

Only if the vehicle doesn't legally pass PA inspection that you have so many alloted days to return a vehicle, I forget the exact time limit. Rule of thumb is though, once customer drives vehicle off the lot, its theres!!

they did it a couple times at work? but now that i really think it about it they were dealer plated so it wasnt their's they were just using it for the week to see if they liked it. my bad
