Posted this on my V6 Mustang sites, figured I'd throw it up on here too..

-------------------------------------------------------------

Note: I may be interested in selling this as a complete kit, including the intake pipes AND intercooler. I will take offers for a complete kit. Keep in mind the Procharger intercooler new is $799 and the intake pipes/hose couplers/clamps is $299.

Otherwise you are able to pick up an intake pipe kit and intercooler off Ebay for a decent price. I know they have Mustang GT kits available which will work fine, only would need to cut the pipe shorter where it goes to the throttle body as it is longer for the location on a 4.6L.

I am selling the polished 11# Procharger headunit off of my 99 3.8L Mustang.

I am also selling the mounting brackets and tensioner for the Procharger which have also been professionally polished, the inlet hat and K&N, and the pipe coming off of the supercharger to the drivers fenderwell which includes mount for a Greddy S Type or Vortech Mini-Race style BOV.

The headunit itself is the P1SC unit. It has 10k miles on it and shows no abuse. The car is mostly taken to car shows and driven on the weekends, been to the track once, to give you an idea.

My car with this supercharger, bolt ons, and a cam put down 356 RWHP.

I will include all hardware with the brackets to mount the unit.

Basically, you have a complete Procharger setup except for the intake piping which can be had for cheap. The actual headunit is 3/4 the price of a kit. A brand new headunit, polished, will run you $2500

There are only 2 downsides to what I am offering:

1) As many of you know the headunit has multiple bolt holes for mounting. 1 of these holes has a bolt broke off in it. I did not attempt to remove the bolt as I just used another mounting hole. I also purchased and extra bolt for mounting to make sure it wasn't going anywhere. It's really nothing to worry about. Still is mounted with the same amount of bolts +1

2) Every Procharger headunit I have encountered has seemed to have a slight "wetness" around the bearing or case. This unit has a wetness of oil around the bottom of the case. To give you an idea of the severity it has NEVER gotten worse enough to leak a drop on the floor or require extra oil between changes. I change mine twice a year with my oil. Mine has been like this for the past year and a half, not causing any problems.

If you would like you could have this Procharger rebuilt professionally by them for $300 with all new bearings and seals, or http://superchargerrebuilds.com/ does them too (will options of better grade components than Procharger) starting at $450

Either way I am going to sell this unit at a price that would reflect having it rebuilt if you choose.

I am also including 4 bottles of oil new in box and all paperwork.

Asking Price $1150 + shipping (based on your location) Change in price $50 due to the addition of the filter, BOV mount outlet pipe, and the hose connectors and clamps for this.
