    Not on my car. I can spin my 275/40/17 MT Drag Radials from a 50mph roll on in third. Maybe if I lowered the pressure it would hook but I don't drive around with low air pressure in them.

    Nittos are best for street driving. M/T are probably the best at the track. What size are you thinking about? As Bob Meyers said, the ET Streets are darned good on the track with a little more sidewall flex than the DR. DR's can be hard on axles on higher HP cars. Don't get caught in the rain with either of the M/T tires.

    I've had BFG drag radials, Nitto drag radials, MT drag radials, and ET Streets. My favorites are the MT drag radials, they will be the next tire on the Cobra...then maybe I can go WOT in first!

    well that's in my car, and our car's are quite different... plus i'm running a very tall rear-end gear, whcih i'm sure helps out a lot!

    You must pretty mean to tires. I put about 9k in the set i have now and i drive my truck like SVT intended. It's only been to the track once with that set however. I cut a 1.7 and change 60 foot, which i think is pretty sticky with a Lightning

    I only do burnouts at the track, I also drive the car like SVT intended

    i have a set of nittos for sale 245 50 16 if anyone wants them let me know they are mounted on crown vic cop car wheels 150 takes them

    Use dirt track tires. The I patterns hook better than skicks.
