My Garage - finally clean

I moved into my new apartment a couple months ago, but I was in a huge hurry to get stuff moved, so my garage was covered in boxes and junk for a long time... I finally got it SOMEWHAT cleaned up

Surely nowhere near as nice as most of you guys, but i think the toys inside make for decent scenery!

of course, this sits inside until the T/A comes back home




and the bikes :) They both need cleaned up really bad, but it doesnt show too much in the pics



Funny part is, i grew up a GM guy and a Yamaha guy... now i have a ford and 2 suzukis :haha:

i actually got stopped by the cops today for window tint, and the guy complimented me on the truck like 3 times in our short conversation... luckily i got away without a citation

No, its a 2000 and i dont think they were supercharged until 2002? not positive on that one... its the N/A 5.4 so Ford says its 260hp and 350tq.... From the factory it has a Lightning exhaust on it, so it has a little bit of tone... just enough to make me happy!

I'm amazed at how well it handles... The HD truck had very few differences in suspension from the Lightning, and when the previous owner lowered it 2", he put L-spec Billestiens on it, as well as a few other things... so with exception of the rear sway bar, its got a full Lighting suspension, as well as dropped 2"... Its amazing how great it handles for a pickup truck... :)

Its slow, but for the most part, i drive it like a grandpa ... tryin my best to make sure i keep the rattles at bay... which is quite tough with our roads

my dads old truck was an 02 S/C crew cab.. i miss that truck.. he sold it to buy a cabin and a tacoma??? o well

Bish that truck is really nice. Good choice when u bought that. The best part of all is that its black! If i ever got one thats exactly how it would look.

well, if you get an '00 or '01 that's your only option... the thing only came in black... I forget what year they changed the paint scheme to where you could get all black, or silver/black two-tone

but i do love the all black... all black Trans Am and all black Harley Truck... its a full time job for sure

Yea thats what i thought about the color. I guess the 2 tone ones are a newer year?? Either way all black=sex

Nice. I like the home made rear stand on the tiller. I might need your 2 stroke expertice here bishie. Got a 250 quadracer and might be looking for some go fast tips inside the motor.

haha, beat ya to it... its a Pro Circuit Works pipe... but the Works pipe comes as a bare metal finish, so its impossible to keep from oxidizing... Its actually quite easy to polish her up to a nice shine - i've done it a couple times - but 1 ride and its rust colored again... LOL... someday i may do something with it, we'll see

haha, thanks... i got my dad the dimensions i needed it to be, and his welder at work put it together... its really ugly, but it does the job... I'll help with what i can on the 2-stroke, but no guarantees... I might be able to tell you who can help you more tho!
