Tell me exactly what bumper this is?

I know its a 99-04 bumper but im unsure what ground effect pieces are on it.
I got this in a trade that I made and im looking to sell it. Whats it worth?
$150- less??

Thanks! Its a brand new Ford OEM bumper w/ brand new foglights, and the Roush kit w/ new Mineral Grey paint.

those roush lips how are they held on. From the corner of the bumpers?? Do they or will they come off.

They are held on with a screw from the bottom and either 2 sided tape or some kind of sticky adhesive from the top & sides. Let me know if your interested in it before it goes to ebay.

Yeah, it going to get one when extra funds permit. My Cobra's in the paint shop as we speak getting painted.

Doesn't look like a Roush kit to me? The front half chins wrap around closer to center on the Roush.

There are more than one Roush kit, I believe the one you have above there is a stage 2? maybe Jared can jump in here, but you can get just the lower valence
