Buying a House!, Finally gonna have my Own Garage!

Well we are signing our contract on Sunday to get the build started. We are gonna be living in Gloucester VA.

I will LOL, and I am not gonna let my wife take it over like most people down here do. The majority of house with garages down here are either converted or used for anything but a car.

Thanks Jared, I will put it to good use. If I don't deploy this summer I plan on buying a 351W block to start my stroker, It's gonna be a long project but I am starting with the engine gonna go 393 stroker and then I am gonna back it with a c4. But all in good time, now that I am honna have my own garage I can have the engine sitting there on a stand and slowly buy parts.

I wish I was buying in NC the house is almost 50k cheaper there. Where you have property in NC at?

Not where we are! lol Right next to golf course. We have 3 pieces of property down there, all 10 mins north of outer banks. two are waterfront. great area. Property has gone up in value every year since 1980. Not one month goes by when we don't get offer letters. Was a great investment!
But I know what your saying about Va prices, my sister and her family lives in Va Beach.

Thx, the mortgage company is saying that the closing date is looking like sept 15th. I can't wait.
