Update from today. I re-wired it and started to final assemble it. No more thumb switches, just a tether.

Thanks Neil. Grab Colin and stop over this afternoon. Yes, I have done this many times before. 2-Strokes are so much easier though. When I am done, it will be better than new. I might have a set of Douglas polished wheels for the front to match the rears. It will sell cheap, thats for sure.

    Thanks alot!!
Actually Bishie, I need a Keihen carb. You have any laying around? I might need some assistance getting this bugger off the OCC bench. HAHAHAH I was not thinking about that when I started putting it together. The weight starts adding up when you toss in a motor and everything else.

I don't have an extra suzuki carb, but i do have a Keihen carb from my KTM that i'd give away... i'm not sure how well it would work, but its worth a look i would imagine... feel free to hit me up on AIM, if you have it, to discuss...

I cant remember the math right at this point. I think it goes up to 260ishCC's Its a '92. The bodywork, well thats to be determined right now. I will probably dress up biff the stock yellow for right now. I am looking at some fullbore pieces right now that are charcoal grey. I am also watching a set of new Maier yellow ones on ebay. I think the charcoal would look effin sick but the blue motor would now flow prorerly. I would probably need to take it apart and re-paint it.

I just got home from dinner....Passed Colin in the LS too. Maybe next weekend! I'm right down the road as well if you need a hand getting it off the bench.

I was picturing it in my head while looking at them a few minutes ago. It would look sick!!!! The motor would really stand out. I gotta load another update picture in from today. I'll do that in a few.

Neil, thanks. I might take you up on that offer. Probably sometime next week.

Another update from tonight. Got some more done, swing arm on, rear shock on. Had to massage the shock to go onto the '91 linkage. Shock is from an '06 Z400. Cleaned the Durablue axle up and ready to install in the carrier when my bearing and seal kit arrive. Started to clean the back wheels. I still need to put a polish job on these to make them bling. I might not even want to ride this thing when its done. HAHAHA
