I have returned. Some projects have started and some have left. For myself I started a quad restoration.

Just waiting for some parts from Bob Traceys now and need to get the frame from the sand blaster's. It has a bad trans, 3rd gear and 4th gear were gone. I got a smokin deal on a complete trans.

Then the big brown truck came with this heavy package that said fms m 2300m on it. This will complete my cobra brake conversion. Then its down to slam in my 31 spline mosers and carrier.
Up on the stands for the 13" Cobra fronts too.

I would not say I was screwing around in the classifieds. I said Rick had a real nice truck and I followed suit with everybody else in another thread by being an asshole. I guess you live and learn.

Update to the quad project... Painted the frame, re-built the motor and transmission. The motor is just sitting on the frame for these pics. I need to paint the mounts, I forgot them today. Motor is 1.50mm over with a 39mm carb, FMF exhaust and a new head. The head is supposed to be a cool head but that is not known for sure. I also shopped around and got some '06 Z400 shocks. WWWAAAYYYYY better over the stockers that were on this thing.

Thanks man, gonna do some assembely today. I can put most of it together now. I have a bearing kit comming for everything. I polished the rear wheels the other day. Came out real nice. Gotta weld on the pipe. The FMF had a small crack on the bottom. I figure I can do everything on it except for the A-arms and the swinger. Thanks where most of the bearings go.
