Fresh 5.0 302 shortblock built from a completly original good running stock low
mile motor, not from an abused blow up motor.

1988 roller 5.0 block, crank, rods, & factory forged pistons.

Cross- hatched honed
Flycut factory forged pistons (for large cam or big valves)
Sealed Power moly rings (std.)
Polished Crank
Clevite Main Brgs. (std.)
Clevite Rod Brgs. (std.)
Canton 3/8" Steel Main Girdle
ARP Main Studs
ARP Moly lube & ARP asembly lube used

Ready to go, Fresh, never started, Wd-40'd and wrapped in Plastic.

This motor is painted Performance red, even though it kinda looks orange in the pics, its not.

In an thread about a main support on this sight, someone said that with a main girdle is you must get the block reline honed with the girdle torqued on the block. Was this done on your engine?

Yes it was. This motor was rebuilt by Tim Stockwell, he's an ex-racer out of the FoxLake camp.
