had a guy(dont know who) tow back a 5.0 from VA and i have a feeling he tow dollied it w/o taking the driveshaft out, since when i went to pull it in, in drive it moved about 20 ft and seemed like it had a stall converter as it didnt move until 2k. and nothing in R, back in foward nothing, then into R and it lurched foward some.....

and now a trans... talked to my buddy at the lot who hired him... already paid the guy but he is going to call tomorrow to see wtf he didnt pull the driveshaft and what he'll do about it... now its like what to do first, get it moving, or fix the body

I can't believe a place like that would even use a car dolly. You would think they would use a rollback instead or at least a full trailer.
