took the day off and spent about 7 hours in the garage tearing down the wrecked 90LX i bought a few weeks ago. was nice to have the garage door up for a change.. got the parts off the parts car that i need off... and got everything off the wrecked one except the fan/shroud and the spoiler is wedged onto the hatch from being twisted...can see the lh inner fender is tweaked as well

i am amazed at the condition of the 90 all around.. all the bumper braces are like new...cant find any rust.. was happy to see it has slotted rotors, some kind of perf pads, and kyb shocks...

mike how does the exhaust look and sound on that rotted vert?

its not too bad.. the catback would need new front pipes(cats to muflers) the mufflers and tails are decent and should be reuseable

car is getting trans in this week, then off to the body shop.... got a few more bonuses while the car was on the lift... underneath its spotless w/ no rust, and on top of the brakes/shocks that i see the car is setup with, it also has Eibach springs all around and they look brand new, looks like BBK upr/lwr arms in the rear, Stainless braided brake hoses, hi-miller rad hoses, and a flowmaster catback. ditching the cats while the exhaust is off....
