Started getting ready for the season

Getting ready for the new season. I'm just putting new rings, bearings, oil pump in. I wanted to send the heads to fox lake but I decided to freshen up the tranny instead. I got a few little things like a Milodon deep pan, TCI deep tranny pan, and tranny temp gauge. Other than that it's staying the same for now.

I will keep you posted on the progress. Ignore the 16.98 on the window cobraII was being a funny guy.

Yeah she'll be all new again. Would you believe that oil pump locked up only after a few months. I'm thinking about sending it back to Meiling.

Good to see someone making positve headway :D

You change your hood to all pin on? Thought you still had hinges, but that one pic looks different?

I figured there was a little sand in that car, but a 16.98, geez ;)

The hood is the same as last year but before that it was a bolt on. Yeah I keep a little sand in there but thats a little too much haha. I hope to get it out for the begining of april but I don't have too much time to work on it being in school and working to.

What do you have going on Bob?

Ed I see you have a 418 in your signature is that the new plan?

Yah Mike the 418 is the plan for the '84. Should be about 475-500 flywheel. Soon as I decide on the heads I can get the pistons ordered. Caged, maybe mini tubbed depending on tire size I use.
