man that sucks! this is exactly why i HATE driving customers cars unless it's abosolutly necessary. i have 7 figures worth of insurance to cover my customers and i, but i have no desire to ever put a claim in

yea that sucks and I HIGHLY doubt that would happen from a normal test drive. I could see if you went on a test drive and there was a small accident but that doesnt look like a small accident
