The season's so close, but so far away! Atleast today I got it running again, new headlights, a flaming horse emblem and my interior back together.

6 weeks, I've seen it snow at the end of April too.

A while back I saw a Saleen, my body style, with these headlights. And that's what I wanna do; throw the Saleen kit on my car, which also gets rid of the
Cobra R wing.

hahaha, I never realized how much you guys hated it. Well maybe I should switch to the S351 wing before I get the windows tinted.

But would I need a new decklid because of the drilled holes, or would the Saleen wing cover the Cobra r's mounting holes?

why would you need a new lid? get them filled and sprayed.

I don't exactly have the resources to do that. Besides, what would you fill it with, more metal, bondo?

If your going to get a saleen kit you could get the holes in the trunk filled and sprayed at the same time.

Who knows, maybe the wing will use the Cobra R holes. I really didn't want to take the mustang to any body shop.

Well obvioiusly not ANY shop but there are plentyyy of reputable shops around the pittsburgh area that could fill those holes(if nesscary) and paint the kit to look flawless.

Dude since your in Mckeesport and would only need some stuff sprayed i highly recommend my a shop in West Mifflin, West Mifflin Collision. They have painted all of my add on body pieces (front bumper, hood, rear bumper, and spoiler). If youve ever seen my 1994 it looks great. They are really great to deal with and if you pay cash they will cut you a break on the price.

They filled the holes in my fenders behind my badges. I would highly recommed getting the holes filled and having the job done right.

Thanks, guess I'll have to start saving up. Also I wont be able to do the Saleen kit until probably next year, because this year's saved up money went to my wheels/tires. I was looking into just the spoiler change for now.
