    Oil pan refinishing

I was given an oil pan for my engine i am putting together, the old one was rusty and dented.
the new one had some light surface rust inside from sitting off the motor in a humid garage.

I stuck it in my blasting cabinet and cleaned everything up on the inside.
    looks like new.
any tips on refishing it paint wise?
i was going to do etch primer and then some black header paint?

I used black VHT epoxy paint on my oil pan - it worked well.

i ended up sandblasted the inside, and leaving outside alone.

i was told just to leave the inside bare steel since the oil constantly on it will keep it from rusting
