Tranny guys...come on in

i actully made a post months ago about my tranny acting up but i finally got around to getting it out tonight. heres the story...i went to track and it was workin great. put it back in the garage and went to take it out a few weekends later and got down the road about a mile and it started slippin real bad, so i turned around to go back home and i barley made it there. the fluid is fine. anyhow, its fine in reverse but it wont move in any of the foward gears. if i rev it up to about 5500 rpms it will move a few feet and thats it. any ideas??? where is a good place to take this tranny to?

im assuming auto since you said tranny slipping and not clutch. if 5 speed my answer means nothing

sorry, i shoulda gave you guys a lil more info. its a built c4. all Dynamic internals, rollerized, hardend input shaft, PTC converter, reverse manual valve body,CSI scatershield

i pulled the pan off to find a few metal shavings. im still investigating

i thought that at first but if it were the converter, i wouldnt think i'd have reverse. what kinda converter ya got?

ive posted this on a few other sites. i cant seem to get any help on this. does anyone know someone i can take it to, to check it out?
