1997 Saleen on ebay

Bored on my day off and found this on ebay. Looks to be pretty nice minus the front bumper! But is $11,750 too much for a car that old and not supercharged?

i love the look of the saleens...looks like it was driven on the highway looking at all the small chips on the front bumber and the small crack in the windsheild....also looks like he got into 1 or 2 fender benders the front paint is all cracked

i really like these too and was wanting ot upgrade to a v8 in sell my 2000 v6 here in the spring but 11,750 is maybe just a tad out of my range....

that is by far the best looking cars in the sn-95 style the look great with that wing and body kit guy here local has a s/c ed one and it looks great

I only live 25miles from huntingdon. who in h-don has a supercharged saleen. And what color is it? what does everyone think of that price for that car?

any one know the specs on this car as far as hp/ and torque. was it any different then a regular gt or did it come with more than a cobra?

well i can tell you only 113 were made in 97.

really? are you sure that # isn't for the s351 cause those are pretty rare

thats what i was wondering....whether it was appearence or were there more ponies under the hood....i tried doin a search on it..n nothing...so either im not typin it in right or sumthing.

like i said.id love to have one..i really like the looks of one..but then again..do i want to get a car thats 3yrs older then mine....just to have a v8 or just keep my v6 and enjoy the cruisin knowin im gettin 26mpg...?!?!? its sumthing ive been weighing out for 2yrs...lol

in my eyes once u have the 8 cylinder u will never go back unless your 4 ot 6 has a power adder

i agree...going from v6 to v8 feels like a big jump at first if the 6 is stock

Ok...i know where thats at....i think they serve beer there at that oip...but ya..its just hard to weigh out what i want. I love the look of a saleen...the power of a v8 but i already have one gas guzzler in the f-150. stuck btwn a rock and a hard place. im just not seein a supercharger in the future of my v6. so either i get rid of it and get a v8 or drive it and just enjoy. the lightnings really have my attn but a 2wd truck just isnt practical around here.....its a 6month vehicle just like a mustang.
