clevelands are easier power, BUT the parts are pricey..

302 cheaper to build, 351c would be different in a fox and cool. I thought of doing a 351C for my 84. Parts for sure are not cheap.

I believe Holcomb's has a kit for a 351C swap into a Fox. The question is how many parts do you have for the 302 and how much do you want to spent for the parts to use the Cleveland. Edelbrock recently came out with C heads/intakes.
I'd personally stay with the 302 based motor unless you know the Cleveland well.
