Thinking about new rears for the 04 as well. DD antr. bullets. Does anyone know how wide of a tire you can go on these cars with out any problems as well as a good wheel set-up (backspacing and whatnot). thanks

I bet Rob knows... :D
2014 GT Premium - Sterling Gray Metallic - MT82 - Track Pack - Glass Roof - Recaro seats - Spoiler delete
12.76 @ 114.04 bone stock. Koni yellow coil-overs, BMR watts, LCA and LCA relo brackets, Borla S-type axle back.
1966 Coupe - 331 stroker - Bullet custom roller cam - cam and motor installed and dyno tuned by Rodeheavers Hot Rod - Astro A5 - McLeod RXT - 486 to the wheels - more fun than my little tires can handle
1966 Oldsmobile Toronado - currently NOT on jackstands
Seems like with the dd people run anywhere from 285 up to 315's. These seem the most common that will fit with no problems. Some go up to 335's but i'm not sure if they've to modify anything to make them fit. Hope this helps.:D Only downfall with 315's etc you can really only get drag radials(unless u want some really expensive pirellies or michelins if your doing 18's) and it can get pricey. My wheels are a 22 offset in the front and i beleive a 24 in the back and theres no rubbing at all.(with the eibach prokit as well)
Edit: Are you doing 17's or 18's??

You can get 315 sumitomos for about 98 bux and piece in 17s, but i just went with nittos in the back of mine which i got for an awesome deal.
I'm not sure on the size. I'd kinda like to go with 18's but like to keep the 17's to make it simple.
