97 Headlight Removal

Ok, so I am in the garage today trying to install new headlights, I checked out the "how to" from mustang revolution but I am having the hardest time removing the plastic tabs to get the stock headlights out.

I removed the bolt to take out the side lights and the clip from the front light already. What is this best way to take off those dam plastic tabs?
I tried plier, pushing with a screwdriver. Am I trying to be to careful or do I need use some force pull the light out?

If you did this before let me know what worked for you.

I got them out. They were a pain in the A&&!
